good choice friendly staff clean room thin wall dining area disappointing food
the food had good choices. the meals were served very hot. the staff members were friendly and helpful. the rooms were very clean and warm.
the partition walls seemed thin. there was noise from neighboring rooms as a result. the dining area was quite large.

balanced stay
friendly staff great service poor cleaning old building
The location was close to the beach and a bus stop. This made getting around convenient. the staff seemed friendly and helpful , and the food was quite lovely (especially the service).
i noticed the cleaning was not great. also, the building seems quite old and could use some updates. it seemed like a refurb is needed (this is my opinion).

the reception staff were cute i found that acceptable
the room i stayed in was not clean the bathroom was in a poor state of repair i had to ask for clean towels it took a week for them to change the towels for me the stairs were dirty

lovely staff price reduction
The staff at the reception were so lovely. the dining room included a variety of drinks during a price reduction promotion. It was a nice surprise. i found the room to be a peaceful haven and well-cleaned.

Fantastic Stay Near the Beach
friendly staff convenient location clean room
The reception staff were warm and cute. They made check-in easy. The hotel is conveniently located near the town and seafront (a BIG plus for exploring). My room was cleaned daily unless I requested otherwise. I appreciate that flexibility.
The portions at dinner felt a LITTLE smaller than expected.

helpful staff clean room free parking no view hot room few sockets
I found the reception staff very helpful. They gave clear directions! The room was a standard single room and it was clean. Free parking was available on site.
My room faced a brick wall. I had no view at all. The single room got VERY hot. There were only two plug sockets in the room, which wasn't enough.

FANTASTIC beachside find!
ample space convenient location
Our standard family room offered ample space for everyone to relax and spread out. The short walk to the beach meant we could easily enjoy the sand and surf EVERY day. I found the location very convenient. It was a ten minute walk to many attractions.
I was quite disappointed with the limited veggie options. I would have liked to see more variety.

The reception staff were very warm and cute, always ready to assist with a SMILE. I found the dining room staff equally pleasant. They provided prompt service. A drinks promotion ran from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Our bedroom was very comfortable and cleaned daily, unless we requested otherwise. I appreciated the peace and quiet on the third floor as requested. The warm and cute hotel environs were very pleasant. I enjoyed my stay.
