The location was close to the beach and a bus stop. This made getting around convenient. the staff seemed friendly and helpful , and the food was quite lovely (especially the service).
i noticed the cleaning was not great. also, the building seems quite old and could use some updates. it seemed like a refurb is needed (this is my opinion).

The reception staff were warm and cute. They made check-in easy. The hotel is conveniently located near the town and seafront (a BIG plus for exploring). My room was cleaned daily unless I requested otherwise. I appreciate that flexibility.
The portions at dinner felt a LITTLE smaller than expected.

I found the reception staff very helpful. They gave clear directions! The room was a standard single room and it was clean. Free parking was available on site.
My room faced a brick wall. I had no view at all. The single room got VERY hot. There were only two plug sockets in the room, which wasn't enough.

Our standard family room offered ample space for everyone to relax and spread out. The short walk to the beach meant we could easily enjoy the sand and surf EVERY day. I found the location very convenient. It was a ten minute walk to many attractions.
I was quite disappointed with the limited veggie options. I would have liked to see more variety.

The reception staff were very warm and cute, always ready to assist with a SMILE. I found the dining room staff equally pleasant. They provided prompt service. A drinks promotion ran from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Our bedroom was very comfortable and cleaned daily, unless we requested otherwise. I appreciated the peace and quiet on the third floor as requested. The warm and cute hotel environs were very pleasant. I enjoyed my stay.
